Also, He does not push supplements but carries good ones such as Clearvite, the only vitamin supplement that works for me. And, at reasonable cost. His manner is warm and friendly. I highly recommend him.“

As a 53-year-old male who previously did not prioritize my health and fitness, I often felt fragile and vulnerable, as if the slightest breeze could knock me down. Recognizing the need to invest in my well-being, I made the decision to retain a personal trainer. However, I was determined not to join just any gym filled with hundreds of people, as I sought a more personalized and comfortable fitness environment.
Upon reaching out to Kirk at COT, I was immediately impressed during my first session. It was a one-on-one experience that made me feel at ease and precisely what I had been looking for. As I continued my sessions, I appreciated the small group settings of one or two people, where we each engaged in different workouts tailored to our individual needs. Kirk ensures that even when it's not a one-on-one, he remains attentive and committed to our personalized routines, pushing us to work hard and achieve our goals.
It has now been almost a full month since I began this journey. Kirk’s diet plan has significantly transformed my eating habits, enhancing my energy levels and overall strength. I can now easily bend down to tie my sneakers without experiencing body aches, and I no longer feel older than I am. The progress I have made in just one month has been truly motivating, and I eagerly anticipate the changes the coming year will bring.

While your results may not be the same - I came in with such severe tendinitis in my hands that I couldn’t hold a coffee cup for five minutes. After my first three sessions, my pain was significantly reduced and I was gaining enough mobility back that I could do physical therapy again. I work with my hands and I’m able to complete my days without pain meds now. I even sleep better on nights I do my treatments. They’re amazing practitioners and I sincerely appreciate their work.“
