“I had a color correction and balayage done with Giulia, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her professionalism, skill, and care throughout the entire process.

I came in with years of color processing on very dark hair, and Giulia was extremely honest from the start about what was and wasn’t possible in a single appointment. She carefully explained the challenges of lifting previously processed dark hair, the risks of damage, and what we could realistically achieve while keeping the integrity of my hair intact. I really appreciated that level of transparency.

What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about getting the best result possible. My appointment ended up taking much longer than expected, and even though the salon was supposed to close, Giulia immediately reassured me that she would stay as long as needed to finish my hair properly. That level of dedication is rare.

Her attention to detail is incredible. She worked through my hair meticulously, paying attention to every section and making thoughtful decisions about highlights, lowlights, placement, and overall balance. The final result looks incredibly natural, seamless, and elegant. The transition between colors is beautifully blended and never looks harsh or stripey.

When my hair started showing signs that it had reached its lifting limit, Giulia prioritized the health of my hair rather than pushing it further. She even offered to have me come back in a few weeks to continue the process at no additional cost because achieving the final goal would require multiple sessions. That level of integrity speaks volumes.

Beyond Giulia herself, everyone at the salon was warm, welcoming, supportive, and kind. You can tell that atmosphere starts with her.

She gave quite literally the best shampoo/conditioning I’ve ever had at a salon, with full scalp scrubbing and massage that felt unbelievably great! “Stefi studio has become my new go to for gel manicures..super affordable and comes out great! Also really appreciate Jola and her team. They are so sweet and nice. When I first visited the music was a little too loud for my liking (loud music tends to be too overstimulating for my anxiety) and Jola kept note of that the next time I came… it was very heartwarming and I appreciated it greatly! I highly recommend.
