“Glen and Joe (father and son) came to our house for a plumbing issue. Our kitchen sink was clogged passed the trap. They were able to diagnose where the clog was and what was required to remove the clog within 5 minutes. It took about 45 minutes for them to snake the drain from our kitchen sink and unclog it. They were very professional and the best price we found between 3 companies (including them). They don't charge by the hour like other companies which is a plus. We originally called on the Saturday night before Easter and they said they could come out on Monday (wasn't an emergency). We called Monday afternoon and they put us on the list for Tuesday between 3-4pm and we're able to come out at 2:30, less then 24 hours after calling. We called Roto Rooter and had them come out (before Erie Niagara Plumbing) because they don't give quotes over the phone. They have a "technician" (plumber) come out and asses the situation free of charge and then name their price in your home. At that point you decide whether you accept the price or not. If you do, they start the work. If not, they leave. They wanted to unclog the sink from the basement and charge us $350. Shenanigans. Don't recommend them! We would've liked to have paid less, but Erie Niagara Plumbing averages other companies we called. (Except for Roto Rooter)“
