“Cspoke with Gary a few times on the phone he answered all my questions and after getting all my concerns answered I finally had a person stop out at my home named Craig ....he answered all my questions and he offerd prices thousands of dollars cheaper then any other heating cooling company in are area and for the same brands yes Mitsubishi thousands cheaper for the same brands with same 12 year warranty not some cheaper off brand with barely any warranty....Craig was very knowledgeable and new ware the best spots to place my future Mimi split and he new the best heat pump to use for are area especially the southern tier ny freedom ny ware I live and with us living up on a hill in the southern tier ware we get real cold winds especially during the artic cold blast we get Craig was kinda listined to my concerns and is going to put together a mini split and heat pump designed especially for my area can't wait to see what designe he builds just for my area and he was not pushy trying to just sell but designe a system to help cool my home during the hot summers we get and extemy cold winters with artic cold blast ...plus Craig was going to look into any state related and federal rebates available to me for my area ....Craig is the man knows his ac..and heating systems and if you have him stop out at your home be it in the city or rural area like I live in he answer all your questions honestly and not be pushy for a quick sale“

“This company was recommended to us by family and they did not disappoint! We had our sum pump replaced and they were quick and fantastic with that but the real star is Chris that does the heating systems. He is absolutely the best! Besides just coming out for tuneups on our boiler recently we were having major issues and Chris came out as soon as I called him never gave me any problems always kept me informed on what he was doing or even if he was going to be late. The problem we were having lasted for a little over a week and each day I would have to call Chris and he would come right over to try and figure it out. In the end we ended up needing a whole new boiler but Chris will definitely not leave until he figures everything out and things are working like they should ! We are so grateful for this company and its amazing employees! Chris also had his apprentice Eric with him and Eric was very good too and a very personable person.
