“My wife and I needed two iPhone batteries replaced in our phones quickly before heading out of town. The store manager, who was very friendly and professional, provided us with remote diagnostics to help save us a trip to the store, then ordered the batteries and contacted us promptly when they were available.Service was quick, and the manager personally attended to our phones to make sure they were repaired before we left for vacation.I was impressed that our phones are running like they’re new and have no physical visual signs that repairs had been made though it’s very evident in how they’re running that they were done.My sincere thanks to the store manager for his personal attention to our work orders and for even putting our screen protectors back on our phones (we were told we were going to lose them with the service that needed to be done). “I just returned from a brief trip to Japan. My kids and I used Mobal SIM cards and everything went smoothly. It was nice that I didn't have to go to any service counter at an airport as soon as I arrived in Japan. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that you have to request to activate the SIM card at least 24 hours in advance.“
