“I started going to Frank at Victory years ago after other computer techs told me the data on my crashed computer couldn't be extracted. I was super stressed! And then I found Frank, who quickly extracted my data. Frank has saved my data--and my sanity-- numerous times since, without overcharging me. I've referred several people to him who he also did right by, and I'd never go anywhere else for my computer service needs. Thank you Frank!!”
“I went in to have my computer updated to Windows 11 from Windows 10, and couldn't be happier! Ben is very personable and is very patient with his customers. My computer was also acting sluggish, so he took a look at it, and was able to make it run faster. Ben wanted me to try my computer before I took it home to see if I had any questions, and I couldn't be happier! It is a pleasure to know that there is someone local who I can bring any inquiries I have about my computer/printer and know that I will get an honest answer to any question. Ben is totally for his customers and not looking to make anymore money for himself by trying to sell different products. He is a treasure!”
“Rich is a pleasure to deal with and more importantly is his honesty and expertise. Brought in my laptop that started having issues and he had the problem solved and my laptop returned to me quickly. He took time to explain the problem and how he solved it. This is why I prefer to do business with local businesses instead of big box stores, just plain old better service!”
