I just returned from a brief trip to Japan. My kids and I used Mobal SIM cards and everything went smoothly. It was nice that I didn't have to go to any service counter at an airport as soon as I arrived in Japan. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that you have to request to activate the SIM card at least 24 hours in advance.
I haven’t used our new Mobal smart phone yet. My order arrived safely and the Blu phone looks like it will work beautifully. I used an old (now obsolete) Mobal phone for many years. I appreciate the excellent customer service.
Makoto is capable enough to be the head of operations for Japan Mobal, having a foreigner lead in a Japanese office is an interesting strategy albeit unimpressive. Makoto needs a promotion! Imagine having a Japanese boss in Melville, NY. That'd raise a lot of eyebrows wouldn't it? Last I checked the boss is Vincent Owen not Vincent NakusawaGreetings from Israel
