Neal is through and patient, especially with us technically challenged Baby Boomers. Eric's Computer World's customer service is excellent and their prices are more than fair for their services & assistance.I highly recommend them to everyone who needs computer help.
Neil was awesome! He was able to schedule me within a day of my calling. Neil was quickly able to remove the hard drives for destruction. These computers were very old, but he was quick and efficient--one reasonably fair flat rate for three towers. I would use this company, Eric's Computer World, again and strongly recommend others do so.
