We've now used Eric's Computer World a few times. I can only say enough nice things about this company and their IT serviceman, Neal. Neal is through and patient, especially with us technically challenged Baby Boomers. Eric's Computer World's customer service is excellent and their prices are more than fair for their services & assistance.I highly recommend them to everyone who needs computer help.
Neil was awesome! He was able to schedule me within a day of my calling. Neil was quickly able to remove the hard drives for destruction. These computers were very old, but he was quick and efficient--one reasonably fair flat rate for three towers. I would use this company, Eric's Computer World, again and strongly recommend others do so.
I have been in the PC/Large Compute field for 30 years. But there comes a time where you can not solve a problem yourself. They came the same day I called, and helped me resolve the PC problem. I would call again. Great Customer Service. Support our local businesses - they are the backbone of Long Island. In addition something I value highly - the work person had his covid shots. As my wife and I are high risk - it was important for us to have a like minded company coming into our house at this time.
