“We have seen Dr.Brooke for our new puppy and Dr.Mark for our senior golden. Both have been great to us and our fur babies, but we see Dr. Mark more often due to our Golden’s age and I can not say enough good things about him. I always trust what he recommends and I know he is always looking out for the best interest of our girl.He even performed the amputation of our Golden’s dew claw a year ago and that process was so smooth because of him. The whole staff is so nice and I truly wouldn’t want to be seen anywhere else. They are great!“

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in my time of need and were quick to lend a hand. They provided my little quaker parrot Jackie with the most attentive and tender care I could ever ask for with professionalism that made me confident that he’d be ok. I unfortunately had to keep him here for 2 nights due to his condition but fortunately I had Dr.Wade who kept me updated the entire time, even after hours, and ensured Jackie was as comfortable and nourished as possible. She was awesome, super friendly, and knowledgeable. The pricing on everything wasn’t bad at all, it was clearly communicated with me and worth every penny because my little guy is doing so much better. “This was a great facility located in Tractor Supply Alden, NY. The veterinarian Dawn & her staff are amazing. They were very caring & did an great job examining all three of my dogs. I am sad & disappointed to discover all the staffed PetVet Clinics in the area are closed. I was planning on bringing my two dogs here for shots tomorrow. I will have to visit another location for the VIP Petcare clinics. Thank you Dawn & staff for all your hard work and dedication throughout the years.“

The doctor was so understanding and sympathetic to my daughter, and offered us advice to keep him comfortable. I highly recommend to take your exotic animals here. We also bring our cats to the Williamsville office and have the same experience. We had a very sick little baby last summer and the techs and doctors took very good care of him.“

“I was visiting from AZ and my mini-woodle had terrible itching with scabs and an ulcer on the ear flap. When I called and left a message, the office called me immediately and got her in a few hours later. Dr Ross explained everything he found and thank goodness it was just allergies. He suggested solutions for her itching and put a long lasting med on her ear ulcer. Everyone at this office was very kind and professional. I would and will go back if she still has problems.
