Dave & Stacy did such an excellent job on my repair project I am hiring them again for a painting project. We had water damage to our ceiling in front of our fireplace. The water damage caused a hole & soft spot that needed repair. We have popcorn ceilings that made the project alot more difficult. They did a prime spot repair to the damaged ceiling & spray texture over the repair. They spot primed other water stains on the ceiling but the true charmer was the painting of my entire popcorn ceiling from living room throughout kitchen. We were amazed when they applied 2 coats of paint to the ceiling using a long roller method. The results were beautiful-you would have never thought we had a problem. There is no evidence of any issues. They arrived on time as arranged-took very good care of our furniture & carpeting-and were spotless with clean up. I have already recommended them to family & friends. If you have any doubts or are questionable hiring them-please look at there work on line-the pictures will amaze you from front start to finish. 911 Restoration gets my 100% approval. Rob was super friendly and responsive, and was able to efficiently get rid of the mold under our sink (and in some spots around the house) and sanitize the crawlspace underneath our trailer. The price for the job was reasonable, and the results speak for themselves. Rob really cares about doing a job right, and if this is how the owner feels, I can only imagine the business as a whole must be great as well.
Dani has been caring for our dogs when we go on vacation, for several years now. We are always comfortable leaving them with her, as we are confident they are well taken care of. Dani caters to their individual needs and they have far more freedom than they would at a regular boarding facility. Definitely recommend!

Great job cutting down a huge old tree in my mom's front yard. Very careful and meticulous about keeping things picked up as they cut. Work from early morning to dark to get it all done. Great price and great guys! Highly recommend!
From the word GO, Tom was a pleasure to work with and quick with responses. We had Tom put bookshelves in around our fireplace we asked him to have it look at if it was there when the house was built, which was a challenge as the paint that was used was hard to duplicate (trust me I've tried about 8 times). He managed an exact match, which took him time and a couple attempts, which speaks to his quality and care. To say the craftsmanship is stellar is - somehow - an understatement. They look incredible, feel weighty, and match the existing mantle.If you're thinking about cabinets, hire this man IMMEDIATELY. Leslie is a wonderful lady who keeps up to date on techniques and listens to her clients. Her private salon is beautiful and clean! She has done a fantastic job with my short haircut and highlights. I once had a landscaper tell he he could do landscape steps for me at my other house, while he was a nice guy they fell apart within a year. Mitch did some work for my daughter and he did a great job and I looked at some of his other work. I waited for him for a year. It was worth the wait. It took roughly 6 weeks of hard work. They were organized, methodical, flexible and addressed drainage effectively. I had them install 5 large trellises that are not all shown, and he hit the ball out of the park. Mitch left the property clean each evening and created a beautiful functional outdoor space that exceeded our expectations. (That is really saying something as my husband is a very picky hard-working contactor himself.). His communications through from the design phase, daily progress, until completion were exemplary. For anyone who hires MRG Landscaping, it took me a couple weeks but a popsicle at the end of the day turned out to be a small welcome token of my appreciation for the hard work. Mitch is THE GUY in WNY to do this. He is worth the price and the wait.
I had my first eye exam ever today. What a great positive experience. The doctor was super friendly and explained everything to me and the woman at the desk was very helpful because I had no clue what I was doing! My daughter has also had great experiences here. I highly recommend!

Still remember the 1cent globe machine at my childhood barbershop and the one at the bank my mother dragged me to. Always hoped I would get the black licorice squares. Those are my favorite. Love this company!!
