“I attribute a lot of my fitness focus and technique and mentality to Rob at SSS. I started out with him as just a chubby kid (ski racer and golfer) to help with some old injuries and get stronger in general, and have worked with him for almost 10 years. One of the most knowledgable and experienced guys I’ve ever met. Rob introduced me to injury prevention methods, muscle balance, muscle building, eating right, pretty much everything. His mentality and approach is something that I’ve adopted and helps me approach everything in life. As an ex-49ers trainer he also has personal messages from athletes like Joe Montana thanking him for helping with injury recoveries, it’s pretty insane.I am extremely fitness and health focused now, won my last bodybuilding show (fully naturally/organically) and I’m able to do it primarily because of everything I learned with Rob. Would highly recommend working with him.“

And she really knows what she is doing and gives you great guidance. She also keeps things fun, and different, so you dont get bored too. I had a total shoulder replacement last year, and have improved so much since then. So thankful to having her help me through this crazy medical journey. Paul worked with me to realign the structure of my body--both my muscular and skeletal systems were out of whack--and seriously, that made all the difference. Paul easily recognized that because of the work I do, my body had learned to compensate and/or overcompensate, which was impacting other parts of my body and creating considerable discomfort as well as impeding my progress toward my fitness goals. As a result of our time together, I feel stronger and more effective overall. On top of being a fabulous trainer, Paul is personable, interesting, and makes each workout enjoyable and fun!“

“I love this gym! I started off with reformer pilates (which feels amazing and anyone can do) and now my favorite classes are strength based. It’s a very supportive environment for women who want to use free weights but aren’t sure where to start. Class sizes are small and you get help with form and technique. All the instructors are fantastic- motivating and knowledgable. They also offer personal training sessions but I haven’t tried these myself. It really feels like people get to know each other here and become like family. Some folks have been coming for a decade! There’s a wide range of ages, and modifications are always offered if you have an injury or restriction. Definitely a great place to work out and build community.“

“This zumba studio is amazing with diverse levels of classes offered at various hours. They have great instructors with hip music and choreography! Only wish is to have them offer a class on Fridays- but I guess everybody needs one day off.“

“Adrienne Does water fitness at the main location on Double Diamond Blvd. she is excellent she has two sessions one at 10 one at 11 on Fridays. She is in big demand. Her workouts are challenging enough for those of us that want a good workout and yet she has an easy alternative for those who need that. I hope they can get her to do some classes at their new location at St Marys hospital.“
