“I was introduced to Chris and Milo, the owners of True Coat Painting, at the counter at Reno Paint Mart. Milo came out to my home a couple of days later to discuss the scope of work and then provided me with a fair estimate. A couple of weeks later their crew commenced painting and finished the job in the planned 10 days.
All painters were extremely professional and the quality of work was exceptional!

“I am so happy with my new floor! I was not happy when my house flooded, but the new floors are beautiful. I enjoyed working with Ceasar. I had already worked with him several times in the past. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the very knowlegable Rosa. She was super helpful, and very fun. She kept everyone on track. She suggested an absolutely gorgeous wall tile for my new modern fireplace and it is stunning. Delfino worked his magic again, and whitewashed my maple floors for a well needed modern update. He works with his son Delfino Jr, and Antonio. Both young men did an excellent job and were very curteous. Mario is the tile setter extraordinaire - he can figure it all out, even all the curves and corners in my house. The walled tile fireplace is a masterpiece. Fredy added a granite counter top to match my existing counters and it looks fabulous. This wonderful company is a local gem and they made me feel as is my little house was very important to them. All the employees are long term employees and take pride in their work. Good job Ceasar! I couldn't be happier.
Can't wait to upgrade the bathrooms!

“We called Floorcraft to come out and give us a quote. Dimitri came to do the quote and offered us several options, including oil—or water-based finishes. We originally thought we would go with oil-based finishes; however, after seeing the results of water-based finishes and their strength as well as looks, we decided on water-based, which turned out to be a shorter process. They also offered a quick drying option with a blue light that helped us get into our home sooner after the work was done! Fabulous!
They scheduled our refinishing process, and the man who came to do the job was pleasant and courteous. The quote was competitive, and they skipped no steps to make our floors beautiful! I highly recommend them to anyone hoping to refinish their floors or install new ones! We originally thought it would go with oil-based finishes, but after seeing the results in water-based finishes in terms of their strength as well as looks, we decided on water-based. Gorgeous!“

Teak & Hardwood Floors delivered outstanding results. The new install and refinishing work were flawless. They seamlessly matched new flooring with existing surfaces, and the finish work exceeded expectations. Every cut, every board, every detail shows care and skill - especially around fireplaces with jagged granite edges up against the floor. These guys are pros.
Customer Service & Communication
From start to finish, communication was excellent. Jeff was responsive, patient, and always available to answer questions and guide us through options. Jeff is very very knowledgeable and knows every technical aspect of flooring, materials and installation tradeoffs. He took the time to explain all tradeoffs in detail along the way. Scheduling and communication was excellent and actually pro-active, something rarely seen in the building trades.
Sourcing
Teak has excellent capability of sourcing wood at high quality and reasonable price and Teak worked diligently on availability, including on additions to job scope.
Value of Work
The estimate was fair, thorough, and accurate. Change orders were estimated accurately for the most part. While they may not be the cheapest option, the quality of the work and the peace of mind of knowing it’s done right.
Professionalism
Every person we interacted with was polite, reliable, and highly professional. Jeff’s leadership is evident, and both foremen deserve special recognition: Reuben, who led the refinishing, showed meticulous attention to detail, and Alejandro, who oversaw the new installation, ran his crew with skill and efficiency with very high quality. Both deserve 5 stars, plus more, for their outstanding work and professionalism.“

“I worked with Sergey, Ivan and Dennis on a flooring project remotely. They all have great knowledge about the material and installation. It took some convincing from them for me to make the choice of Laminate with 180 hours water resistance vs PVC. They are on schedule as we planned. Very happy with the result.“

“Scott installed a kitchen light fixture for me. He showed up when he said he would and was extremely professional and it was obvious he really knew what he was doing. I didn’t have the right light bulbs for the fixture. Scott said to let him know when I had them and he would come back and install them. He came back within the hour of me contacting him and put them in. I highly recommend Scott and I will definitely hire him again.“

“After talking to several companies and getting several estimates to have my floors refinished, I chose Santos because he had a fair estimate and was an easy person to talk to. I planned to have him do the floors while I was out of town so it was important that I had all my questions answered before I left. Mine is an older house and had a hole covered with plywood in the hallway that used to be the cold air return. Santos not only refreshed my floors but wove in wood to cover the cold air return in such a way that no one would ever realize it hadn't been part of the original floor. I am so pleased with the work he and his crew did. My house looks so much better, and it was wonderful coming home from my trip to find it completely done. Thank you so much Santos.
