“Schott’s Hardwood Floors exceeded every expectation we had. From start to finish, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service were truly outstanding.
The Schott team were incredibly responsive, punctual, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. We’ve hired several contractors over the last few years as we remodeled our home and it is rare to find a company that communicates this well and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is happy.
The quality of their work is exceptional. Their years of experience, attention to detail and level of craftsmanship really stood out. Every cut, finish, and final touch was done with precision and care. Our hardwood floors look amazing! They completely updated and transformed our home. You can tell they take tremendous pride in their work and refuse to cut corners.
They also went above and beyond in dealing with several unforeseen challenges that came with redoing the floors in our 45 year old home. As with any older home renovation, surprises came up, but they handled every issue with professionalism, expertise, and a positive attitude without ever complaining.
What impressed us the most was how smoothly everything went. They showed up when they said they would, kept the workspace clean, and completed the project on time without lowering the work quality. The entire experience felt stress free because of how organized, professional, and courteous they were.
If you’re looking for a company that delivers best in class workmanship along with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Schott’s Hardwood Floors. They truly go above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality flooring work.”
