This was the worst experience Ive had when it comes to customer service and professional business conduct. The owner, Scott texts me at 4:30AM cancelling the job we have planned for the same day saying he doesnt feel comfortable moving forward with me as a customer. This was all due to his mistake in giving me a price double lower than he originally meant to. I reluctantly accepted the doubled amount and went to send payment through Zelle. Zelle flagged the payment for suspicious activity (rightfully so with it being a new contact and over $1000) and so I would have to call during normal business hours. Scott Ribeiro has done multiple jobs for us and didn’t finish them and cost us thousands of dollars in damages. Do not use this company.

Scott installed a kitchen light fixture for me. He showed up when he said he would and was extremely professional and it was obvious he really knew what he was doing. I didn’t have the right light bulbs for the fixture. Scott said to let him know when I had them and he would come back and install them. He came back within the hour of me contacting him and put them in. I highly recommend Scott and I will definitely hire him again.
