I sifted through the Internet looking for a knowledgeable swamp cooler repair company for about 30 minutes. At about 10:30 AM, I called and spoke with Robert about the situation. He informed me that he would stop by as his last call of the day and text me during the day for his estimated time of arrival. He texted upon arrival and departure of his prior scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, he ran a few mechanical tests, diagnosed the problem within minutes and replaced the bearings.
We couldn't be happier; our garage was a toasty 106 degrees on Monday, today a cool 77 degrees and recommend RCP Mechanical to anyone having problems with their cooling system.
I’ve been working with Robbie who owns this HVAC company for over four years now and they’ve been consistently reliable, professional, and efficient every single time. They always get the job done right and are incredibly easy to work with.
I’ve used them not only for my personal home but also across all of my rental properties, and I confidently refer them to my clients as well.
It’s rare to find someone this dependable in the industry. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality HVAC service you can trust.
