Andrew and Hugo arrived to replace an expansion tank and fittings that had corrosion. See the before/after pics. But when they arrived I surprised them with a problem that started a couple days prior. The icon system was not kicking on leaving me with no hot water. Andrew took it upon himself to get this fixed. For about 15 minutes he was taking the system apart, unscrewing all the screws, tinkering with all the parts. He got it working again which saves me the time and headaches of doing a warranty claim through the manufacturer. Andrew didn't have to do all that but he went the extra mile to help me and I'm very grateful for that.
