Had a great experience with TechCool. I called them for a leaking evaporator coil after my home warranty claim was denied and I was presented with replacement options for the evaporator coil and the entire HVAC system. Dr. Cool took the time to inspect the issue and offered a practical, much less expensive solution by installing an auxiliary drain pan to prevent further water damage. This allowed me to avoid a costly replacement at this time.
Hector and service technician Alphonso were both outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, took the time to complete the installation properly, and thoroughly tested the system before leaving....read full review

My AC went out last night, put in a work order for my home warranty company right away fix issue. Techcool came out this morning at 7am and fuced the issue right away!
