Great service from my initial call to the technician completing the job. They installed a new outdoor mini split unit and connected/moved one of my indoor units to the new one. Checked the other two systems. Also installed a new indoor unit. I've used Jenson before (about 3 years ago) and was very happy with their service then so I called them back for this work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for installation, service or repair. Thank you to the helpful office staff and techs for the great service and helpful "can do" attitude. I highly recommend you everytime someone asks me about air conditioning.
My AC went out. Normally I don't give reviews, but I was actually pretty happy with the service. I understand everyone is busy and my AC was emergent, but I actually felt like the tech was genuine and didn't try to screw me over like other contractors in the past.
When I first called I spoke to Ms Jenson and she was very informative and professional. Once the take Allen arrived he went through my entire systems and got everything running correctly. He was honest, knowledgeable and very trust worthy. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years and this is a dream team company. Ms Jenson made my entire day with her upbeat personality like we’ve been friends for years. I will continuing using this service company.
