Today Ruben Gonzales came to flush and replace the anode in my hot water heater from Sierra Air and Plumbing. Ruben is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He gave me 3 options to help make my hot water heater more efficient. I chose #1 and was very satisfied with his efficiency and work. He answered and explained all my questions so I feel more knowledgeable of what to look for in the future. I will personally ask for Ruben for all my future plumbing needs.

Mike (Jiangtao) was excellent. He came out on a Sunday after my A/C stopped cooling overnight, quickly diagnosed a failed capacitor, replaced it, and thoroughly tested the system to make sure everything was operating properly before leaving. I especially appreciated that Mike recognized the capacitor had been replaced about a year ago and was still under Sierra’s two-year warranty, so there was no charge for the repair. Professional, knowledgeable and honest service. Thank you, Mike and Sierra!
Matthew explained every step & showed me pictures of what he found. He used my backyard hose to clean out the portion outside. I told him no other technician ever did that. He was very though. Thank you Matthew.
