Update: We called them again this year! So helpful. We will always call you guys! Thanks Chad!
Our heater went out, and it is COLD COLD. Your company, dispatch agents, service agents - Christian & Chad and Jun - were professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly. Our house is warm just in time for a busy week with family. We will never use a different company again for our HVAC needs. Thank you so much, guys!!
Andre was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of discovering that we needed to replace our entire main water line. He kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to work with management to make sure I was comfortable with the scope of the work, the estimate, and the cost.
Even on his day off, he made sure I was taken care of and followed up with me as soon as he returned. The work was completed very quickly, and all of the technicians we interacted with were friendly, professional, and helpful.
I really appreciated the communication and customer service throughout the entire experience. Thank you, Andre and team!
Best Air has been absolute gold to work with, from the service managers down to every technician who came to our house. They went above and beyond to accommodate our additional requests with detailed skilled work. They never once had to be reminded to put on shoe covers before entering and were extremely professional and respectful. We had a massive plumbing project—replacing all the Kitec piping in our home. When the main job was finished and we asked for a few final touch-ups, they came back immediately without any hesitation. Highly recommended!
