Richie (Ricardo) could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful! I have an old and janky unit that other technicians have looked at but knew nothing about and were too lazy to even open fully and look at. Richie gave his full time and effort, and he was very professional and methodical. He knew what he was looking at and was a pleasure to be around :) 5/5
