Talked to Carl explained I had called two other companies (no shows or phone calls). Carl sent Shawn next day to service air conditioner. I needed repairs that were completed within two hours. Shawn was courteous, informative and friendly. The price was better than expected. I will recommend Active Plumbing to all my friends and neighbors and call them for all future needs. This is an outstanding Company.

They showed up when they said they would, no crazy long service window. They also came with the right parts the first time and didn't have to leave and go back to the store.
Something they did really well is that they were so stinking clean. They didn't leave a mess behind at all. And suddenly, everything was back to normal and we had hot water again.
I highly recommend Active Plumbing! They came out on Saturday afternoon to provide an estimate, and by Monday they had started and completed the repair. I was especially impressed with how quickly and efficiently everything was handled.
Justin was involved throughout the entire process and was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and phone calls. He even threw in a little extra for me, which I really appreciated and felt was above and beyond.
Mark was so friendly, professional, and did excellent work with his crew. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, responsive, and clearly took pride in their work.
