Had Christian come over today to clean out the water line for my dishwasher. He was right on time, as I got a call 30 minutes before arrival. Job was done in about an hour. Rate was very reasonable. He also checked the three bathrooms and gave preventive maintenance suggestions. Job well done!
Pure Plumbing & Air provided outstanding service in replacing my home's hot water heater on short notice, which I discovered was at its end of life from a growing leak in my garage. The phone rep Sheri who scheduled my appointment was professional, welcoming, but more importantly, empathetic to my situation and issues. She was able to get a technician out to my house the same day! Sheri also texted me afterwards to ask for feedback and was available for any follow-up questions.
