Travis did a phenomenal job. Kept me informed, easy to reach and easy to talk to. Did an excellent job and went to bat for me when the city inspector asked for additional unnecessary repairs. Saved me time & $. 10/10 would recommend.

Just had my outdoor hose bib replaced. Service was quick and efficient: mostly what impressed me was Chris and his charming personality… He went out of his way to accommodate timing and polished existing plumbing. If I need someone to come back out- I’ll for sure be a returning client and remember to request Chris. Maybe anyone can do the job, but phenomenal customer service makes the difference.

Francis is a great representative for Pure. He went about his work, getting my Faucet fixed and replacing a frozen hose bib that needed to be cut out of brick siding. He was professional .
