The company was quick to act. I originally spoke with Jacob to schedule an emergency water heater repair and he was fantastic to do that with. So kind. I then got a text from Brittany and she kept me informed of my time for the tech to come out. I then received a text with David Ms picture and a time of arrival. He was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. He had our water heater fixed in 2 hours and we have hot water already. This company was quick and very kind with everyone I dealt with. Thank you!
