“My roof sprang a leak, so on Friday I called Professional Roofing based on a referral from a friend. They called back within 20 minutes, then set an appt to come out first thing Monday morning. They were able to identify the problem and issue a proposal for a fix the same day. The roof is now sealed. My roof is 23 years old, so when it comes time to replace it, I will be having this outfit do it, no question. They are prompt, courteous, and very professional.“
“I recently moved here from CA to a house that I didn't know needed a replacement of the underlayment. This requires what's called a full lift and reset of the roof. I looked online for roofers to do the work, and found two, but they were weeks away from being able to give me quotes. I asked on a couple of local forums I am part of for recommendations, and only received the one for Cooper Roofing. I asked for, and received a quote within a couple of weeks, then made my decision based on meet and greet, price, and the fact that I had gotten a recommendation for Cooper. The work started and finished within the proposed timeline of 5 days, and only went over a few hundred dollars due to needing to purchase plywood to replace rotted areas of my roof which was previously agreed upon. Cooper sent friendly, and professional employees to do the roofing install, and it wasn't uncommon to be greeted on the way to work, and coming home after work. All I can say is if I could give an 11, I would...Communication = 11Work Performed = 11Friendliness = 11Price for work performed = 11Timeliness = 11“
