I used Jet to build a 500 sqft casita. This process can be arduous considering the drafting, permit process and the hiring of subcontractors. Jet made this operation was made easy using the expertise of Jet. They took my ideas and turned them into reality. I worked with Alex who would hear my additions or concerns and address them immediately. Jennifer (in office staff) communicates quickly and explains the business information.
We began our home project journey in June 2023 when we obtained many estimates from various construction companies throughout LV. We decided to extend our living room and turn the patio into our living space which would add 190 ft.². We also added a shower to our powder bathroom downstairs along with converting the upstairs balcony into a bedroom which would add 165 ft.² We were impressed with Jennifer's proposal and signed on 12/5/23. After several months of architectural designs and submittal to the city of Las Vegas, we officially began construction on 5/3/24. Arnaldo, the construction manager for our project was unbelievable. From start to finish his communication towards us was open and professional. He kept us appraised of every step of the project and what was being done for each individual day. His workers were top-notch from demolition all the way to the final punchlist items. We were very impressed with the easy flow and momentum of the project and that there was never a lull in the process. Jennifer stayed in communication with us with regards to payments and any issues that came up. We were so happy with the final outcome of our home project and it turned out better than we had imagined. See attached photos of before and after. Great team at Jet. They built a 300 sq ft Gym for me to match the existing home construction. Things came out great. Jennifer and Edward were my primary contacts and both were very responsive. And they did it at a very competitive price. Can't wait to get the equipment in to start using it!
