The establishment itself is generally quiet and clean, especially during my early morning appointments. The hosts clearly prioritize maintaining a tidy and well-kept facility.

My only minor criticisms are twofold. First, the main entrance door can be surprisingly difficult to open, seemingly operating on its own whims. It's often a struggle to determine the correct approach – push, pull, or otherwise.

Second, parking can be a challenge due to the small lot size, sometimes requiring a longer walk.

While the area feels safe and the facility is clean, I also find the bathrooms to be uncomfortably cold, which I realize is a rather specific issue, so I tend to avoid them if possible.“

“My stylist was very sweet. This was only my second time getting my hair lightened for vivids, so I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. She took her time to show me options and explain the different styles to try to figure out what I wanted. She ended up doing a mix between two. She listened to what type of color I planned on doing and custom chose toners and lightening level to what would work with that color. I planned to dye the color myself at home because of cost, but my hair looked really great just how it was! The haircut was nice too. A great place. It’s nice having a place that specializes in vivid.“

“Since moving to Vegas several years ago I have been in search of a stylist that knows how to cut layers and textures into hair well. I saw Michelle Giddens on Yelp and thought the pictures she had on her post of layered cuts were pretty good so I thought I would give her a try. For reference I have fine, straight hair that is medium length which can be challenging to layer correctly. Michelle did a phenomenal job, blended the layers well, and was very knowledgeable in her techniques. She frequently asked what my preference were throughout the cut to make sure it was tailored to what I wanted....so happy that I found her:)....would give her 10 stars if I could!“
