“Finding a good GC was tough, we received several quotes (one was even arrested this year for ripping off his clients) to remodel our bathrooms, and prices were all over the place. We ended up selecting Design Zone, it first started with a visit from Vitaly, he provided a reasonable quote, it was also a big plus that he was from NYC (like me). One thing that I appreciated was that they gave some design suggestions for our master bath which ended up looking great. As were deciding who to move forward we appreciated that they were not constantly calling us to try to close the deal, they knew it was a big decision and provided the courtesy to give us space. When it came to job, it started in the end of September, I want to highlight that their project manager Luis Romero was amazing to deal with, he was available, and provided great updates. Want to also highlight that there were no surprise "we need to show you something" and charge us for something that we might not have needed, basically we paid what we were quoted (with the exception of getting some additional electrical work). Everything went great, it did take longer than expected, but you can't rush quality“

“We were referred to J&J by Quick Dry Restoration after a gasket broke in our master tub drain and flooded underneath the tiles. While the process did take a while from start to finish (approximately 3 months), it was a pleasure to work with them and have them in our home. We had Felipe as the project manager and his team (Gilberto, Alex, Adrian, Francisco) was great! They did everything that I asked for and helped me bring my vision to life. Now we have a beautiful master bathroom that is WATERPROOF and we don’t have to worry about leaks or mold or anything like that especially with our two boys splashing everywhere. When the construction was completed, California Pools sent out Steve to help us understand how to control our swimming pool to ensure it was performing at its best. All of the workers involved in the construction of our pool were professional, on time, and did a great job. We cannot thank them enough for helping us see our dream backyard come to life. “We had major pool problems. Leaks in pipes under the steps; leaks in and around the handholds; leaks in the waterfalls; leaks everywhere. It was a major problem and a big job. LV Restoration took care of everything. Joe the owner was responsive to my concerns and a nice guy. Sean the superintendent/foreman was extremely knowledgeable in terms of diagnosing the problems and then fixing them. He is a nice guy too. I'm not going to say the price was cheap because it was a big job. But I will say the price was fair, and candidly, I did not want someone just based on price because I do not want to go through this again. And for me, the best thing about working with them is they did not nickel and dime you to death. They honored their proposal and did everything they said they would do.“

This last time it failed was on a Saturday night at 8 pm.
