“The hot spring facility itself is actually quite nice, and the overall environment and cleanliness meet expectations. It could have been a really relaxing experience.

However, the staff’s attitude was disappointing and noticeably unfriendly, which negatively affected the overall impression. Good service really matters, especially in a place meant for relaxation.

Also, while there are lockers available in the changing room, you need to bring your own lock, which was inconvenient and not clearly communicated in advance.

Overall, the facility has potential, but the service and small details need improvement.“

We'll versed in multiple modalities, she always has an innate knack to find those particular areas that need attention, and then provides just the right treatment to those areas. For me, a low back injury and subsequent surgery left me with chronic low back, hip and sometimes leg pain. Her combination of massage and targeted stretching always brings me significant and lasting relief, for which I am grateful.
