I have been going to classes here since I moved to Carson City. I did try a couple of other places first. I used to swear by Pilates. However this place is THE BEST I’ve ever been. I’m a skier so I need full body strength. Presently I’m loving the Rowing classes. The class involves rotations using all types of gym apparatus. I have a 6pack at age 80. The owner Brad is like going to Physical Therapy because he has so many alternatives ways to achieve your goals if you have an injury.During Covid I gained a belly I’d never ever had before.
