“After a few days of boarding at Northstar and an overly soft mattress at the rental house, my lower back was no bueno. My usually effective Foundation back exercises were not helping. Fortunately I was able schedule 90 min with Gudren. She is a very skilled, professional therapist - very very capable (not your typical body rubber). Her deep tissue skills were among the best I've experienced. As an Aikido Yudansha I am reasonably in tune with people's energy - and Gudren's energy and intent are special and healing. Top five sessions in my experience.“
