The hot spring facility itself is actually quite nice, and the overall environment and cleanliness meet expectations. It could have been a really relaxing experience.
However, the staff’s attitude was disappointing and noticeably unfriendly, which negatively affected the overall impression. Good service really matters, especially in a place meant for relaxation.
Also, while there are lockers available in the changing room, you need to bring your own lock, which was inconvenient and not clearly communicated in advance.
Overall, the facility has potential, but the service and small details need improvement.
4.5 stars, nice location with 4 outdoor pools, water features and plenty of seating. I wish that one of the pools had some semblance of shade. There were some awnings for the lounge chairs but it would be nice to have some shade while soaking. I do like the fact they have towels you can rent & snacks/drinks if needed. Pretty affordable & fun!
This place is so awesome, they have a great variety of temperatures, the pools are always very clean, the facilities are kept nice. I do recommend wearing crocs or sandals bc the floors are all wet and can get slippery. Overall great place, great vibe! And the saunas are fabulous
