If I could give more stars I would! EXCELLENCE at its finest. Dr. Palazzolo was clear, concise, and educational. As someone who has zero knowledge in eyeballs, I was able to fully understand and interpret what was going on with my eyes. So much so, that I was able to explain it later on (without having to think twice or stumble over medical terminologies). He's a straight-shooter with an upbeat and friendly mannerism. I didn't feel like a chart number or that I was being up-sold. I'm glad I ignored all of the negative responses on here. I’ve been going to Optometrists for 36 years. When I moved to Carson City I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Dr. Palazzolo and have been blown away ever since. His sincere and engaging personality is only bested by his knowledge and skill. His staff is top notch and always professional. His selection is high end and very fashionable. There are several Optometrists in Carson City and this one is far and away the best!

After going to another eye doctor for a number of years, I was complaining that my glasses prescription seemed to make my vision worse every year. Went to Dr. Palazzolo and when he did my refraction and showed me the difference with my previous prescription, watched in amazement as the eye chart snapped into almost perfect focus. The office staff is also very friendly and competent.
