I have had atleast 4 visits to this practice. It is consistently obvious that the staff has exceptional customer service skills. This is a very refreshing experience that when combined with the thoroughness of the Optometrists makes Eastern Sierra Eye care my first choice going forward. Each department was friendly and professional. The lab they use for lenses offers Zeiss products and the staff assisting in the selection process are well informed and helpful. Grateful for this wonderful option in our Carson Valley!

There is absolutely no better Eye care Dr than Dr Ruckman any where in the Carson City / Minen / Dayton area. Dr Ruckman along with his entire staff truly care about each patient and go the extra mile to understand what there problems are and what they need to do to corect them. We have been going to his office into our 15th year now. Every appointment is special. When you leave you know you have been given there full attention. Also they sell glasses for all price ranges. Thank you Dr Ruckman for what you and your staff do for my wife and myself. Gene and Mary Ann

The entire team at Eastern Sierra Eyecare are very professional, yet friendly at the same time. I am a new customer, and was in and out for an eye exam and selection of glasses in a timely fashion, and ended up selecting a cool pair of glasses that the staff picked out for me. :0)
