Eagle Vision is an optometry practice led by Dr. Farnaz Khankhanian, known as "Dr. K" to some patients. I called around many optometrist in the area and every single one of them told me that they couldn’t help me get a singular contact to be able to make it till my order got there. Eagle vision went out of the way to ensure that I got that one contact the same day to make it until the rest and I will definitely be making sure that my next appointment is with them.
Eagle vision staff are spot on. I just had mine and my daughters appointment on the same day same time and all staff associated with our appointment were seamless from one room to the next, pick out glasses, order and happy customer out the door. Thank you staff and DR. for making it easy.
It was my goof but I have a suggestion. I'm the lady in the mobility scooter. When it came time to pay for my glasses I neglected to say I only wanted to pay for 1/2 at a time. My suggestion is to have the people behind the counter ask people ready to pay if the want to pay 1/2 or the full amount.
