“Me and my family were very happy to have an actual person answer the phone when our hot water tank started flooding the basement on one late Sunday night. It was a nightmare and we could not shut the water off. Their plumbing technician came right away and stopped the water from rising to what he showed us as live electrical outlets. I had no idea or even thought of that. Then to top it off he replaced our damaged electric hot water tank right then and there. I never write things like reviews or survays but I was so impressed and thankful, I feel I should let everyone know how prompt and clean the service was. “The owner really came through for me! I went the long weekend without a furance and lived with just space heaters. After other companies dragged us along and quoted a minimum week wait for install I called Bremner’s with my emergency. The owner called me right back, walked me through the process and cost. The next morning his crew was there with a new furnace! In less then 24hrs they were able to install a top of the line unit at a very fair price. Jay and Liam, who were the furance techs, were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will be calling Bremner’s for any future issues and services.“
