“Today I had an emergency plumbing issue and I called Mr. Rooter’s this morning. They had previously helped with a blockage issue. I want to thank Kris, Noah, and the rest of the Mr. Rooter’s team for their prompt response to remedy the situation. Their professionalism and understanding, coupled with them backing up their 3 month warranty makes me happy I chose them! I highly recommend using Mr. Rooter’s if you have any plumbing issues. Thanks again Noah and Kris!

“My 2 headed heat pump stopped working. It is literally 3 weeks past the warranty. Shines came out and took a look at it and were able to get the parts covered!! Thank you! Technician was helpful in explaining all the details and recommendations. Even though it was bad news for my other heat pumps that were older. They all decided to give me problems at the same time. Yeah for getting 1 set fixed under warranty.”
