They arrived on time, completed the job professionally, cleaned up after their work and were great to deal with from the initial estimate to completion of the job. Our radon levels have dropped to 5 percent of what they were before. We will definitely use Accent again if the need arises.“

“Because I cut my kitchens' sink PVC he was not able to work on it right away but he gave me tips on how to fix it and even gave me a piece of PVC that I needed for the repairs. Left without charging a cent. True, he couldn't work on it but he didn't need to give me advice or parts needed to do the job. Great service, great guy! I just wish I wasn't so bad with names!“

Delivery is fine, no complaints. The billing department is my issue. I’ve reached out a couple of times over the spring/summer this year to set up equalized billing. Was promised a mailed form and when that didn‘t come, left a voicemail with finance and never got a call back. Now I’ve missed the deadline for equalized billing and was just passed to finance again to leave another voicemail. Why? So they can ignore me again? Please do better Wilsons. Its going to be a struggle for me to get this season’s first oil bill paid now and this was completely avoidable.“

“Back in July James had his team come and install a new pump. Fast forward to today Jan.15th , 2025. I noticed my clean out in the mechanical room was high of water and the pump was not working as tested by myself. I called James and long story short, he walked me through a process of elimination, and came to the conclusion that a breaker was tripped. I didn’t even think to check that.
