I purchased new glasses from Bedford Eye Care last year. A couple of weeks ago the frame broke; that may sound bad, but the point of customer service isn't necessarily not having a problem but rather how the problem is addressed. I reached out to the store (I've moved out of town since the purchase). They advised the glasses were warrantied. They requested a new pair from the manufacturer and called today (less then 2 weeks since I contacted them) and advised that they were shipping the new glasses to me. Wow! Absolutely outstanding service.

Working with the crew from All craft was a very positive experience for us from day one. The crew showed up on time every day and worked a full day taking their mandatory breaks and not working on weekends. Assuring that they were well rested and prepared for the job ahead. They made sure that the job was adequately covered in the event of rain while all the time being friendly, knowledgeable and easily interacted with us as necessary. They cleaned up regularly and everything was cleaned up at the end of the job.They were a treat to have around and made a stressful situation almost enjoyable. We were very happy with the results when the job was completed. Also, the completed job came in on budget.We waited a long time to get the work done but once it was our turn, they were dedicated to the job until completion and they were worth the wait.

I've been going to All Sports and Wellness for almost 10 years now for massages and acupuncture. Adnan is leagues above other massage therapists I have tried in the past. He is focused on treating my back/shoulder pain, and explaining what he is doing and what exercises I need to do. I don't come here for a 'relaxing' massage because that is not what he specializes in. I highly recommend Adnan, and several of my coworkers and friends also go to him now.
My experience with Alexia has been awesome so far! She has helped me learn more than I ever thought I could about an old injury that came back after previous years of treatment. A new perspective from someone who’s well-versed in sports injuries was refreshing. I would recommend her to anyone ☺️
Kristina is amazing. We have had horrible experiences with past groomers. She did an incredible job on my boy and was so caring and accommodating when scheduling our first appointment. Bailey was the happiest I’ve ever seen when picked up from a groomer. He looked like he was enjoying the company of the other dogs! I really appreciate how they don’t crate the dogs and let them roam! Thank you so much Kristina for taking the best care of my boy! We’ll see you again for his Christmas cut!??

There are hair stylists, and then there's Lori....she's a true master. She knows what she is doing when it comes to hair. I have been going to Lori for 24 years now and can't say enough good things. She listens to what her clients want, shares her professional expertise and knowledge and ensures I always leave with exactly what I have asked for. She takes her time, has a great eye for color, and does the best updos for weddings and special occasions. She is such an amazing person inside and out…..it's always a great experience with her all around! I really wouldn't have anyone else touch my hair because I've been spoiled by the best!
The owner is kind of rude. I arrived early for my appointment and was unaware the stylist I booked was even working that day. When I showed her the confirmation email, she was dismissive and said yep have a seat. However, the stylist Sandy I had made up for it. She knows what she is doing. She took her time to assess my hair and my needs. She did an amazing job at an amazing rate.

I really like how quick they were to call me after I did the check-in online. The lady that cut my hair was super friendly, extremely professional. I believe her name was Diane. I decided to go to Tommy guns because the last time I got my haircut at a different place the person did such a bad job. I ended up having to shave my head. Tommy guns did great!

Shelly, the pleasant blonde lady from Newfoundland, did a fantastic job. She made him comfortable, talked about his interests, kept it silly enough, to be able to cut his hair with no problems. I have been going to Orlando for several years now. He is professional and always accommodating as best he can. I have had other stylists comment on the nice "cut" done on my hair. Orland cuts according to your face shape and does not "square cut" your hair. A definite visit to have an amazing hair style!

This business switched ownership in the summer of 2023 and I was sad to see the former owner go but I’m happy to report that some of the staff has stayed on, and the new owner is also great! I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at the Adept Tattoos (Halifax) location yesterday. I had contacted Lucy via Instagram with a tattoo idea, and she was very responsive and helpful. I chose Lucy as the tattoo I wanted had a lot of small detail and fine lines, and I understand she specializes in these areas. When I was waiting for her to be ready the day of the appointment, she had printed out different sizes of the tattoo for me to look at in the waiting area, so I had time to decide. Even when she took me in, she took her time to place the tattoo in different sizes and slightly different spots on the arm until we found the perfect combination. The tattoo turned out even better than I had hoped - I am beyond impressed! I was also impressed that she was very fair with her timing and kept a timer running during the appointment to be transparent. After the appointment she was prompt in sending the aftercare instructions, and sent photos of the finished work as soon as I requested. I couldn't think of a single negative thing to say about the whole experience if I tried. 10/10, I would HIGHLY recommend Lucy for detailed, fine line work any day.

We would definitely use Fine Edge for future renovations. From start to finish they were responsive to our requests, on time and on budget. We had to add on some additional work due to unexpected rot and Troy and his team were able to fit the work into the original timeframe and priced the additional work very reasonably. The different crews who were here were friendly and cleaned up every day. The communication throughout the project was done through a group text so everyone knew exactly what was happening. We are very pleased with our new curb appeal (clapboard, stain, window, door and electrical). Thanks so much!

As far as the Veteran Comments go, someone has their nickers in a knot. This probably has something to do with the Service Dog (Large German Sheppard) I've seen running back and forth on this company's property UNLEASHED multiple times...Scary to say the least! Who wants to get out of their car to go to appointment with this large dog running around? I didn't!
