We arrived for my son’s 12:00 appointment, and were greeted by two of the gentlemen working there, which I appreciated. My son is a new client, so I wasn’t familiar with who anyone was or who to check in with. The shop was busy, so we sat and waited, but we didn’t receive any updates and weren’t acknowledged again until around 12:40. A little communication about the delay would have helped. I showed an inspiration photo of a French crop since my 9 year old is new to growing out his hair and wanted to try something different. The cut initially seemed more like a low taper with product styling on top, but after I spoke up, the barber adjusted it and the final result was okay.Overall, the experience wasn’t bad. I appreciate that he fixed the cut, and I’m willing to give the place another try.
This place is adorable ? and Emily is really a great stylist I let her do whatever she wanted and I've been getting some compliments since the cut ✂️ ? she's so patient and knowledgeable we will return.
Wow! I am so glad I found Ana!! One of my favorite massages EVER. Certainly my favorite masseuse EVER!! She has a wonderful variety of options from beautiful salt rock massages to facials and much more. Her talents are unique. She is my #1 go to person. Ana is one cool, talented,lady. Yay Ana!!!

And the overall feeling I had when I walked out was kind of like walking on air. Like many women, self-care is not my strong suit. I am trying to change that and this was a great start. My skin feels and looks great but it's my soul that feels restored. I shall not only return, I got gift certificates for my daughters because I want them to experience time with Jill and remind them that self-care is important.

Brandon and his team did a great job painting the interior of our home. The job was quite complicated with high A-frame walls, a difficult wall color to cover and every room/ceiling in the house needed new paint. Brandon and his team are honest and hard working. Diego and Callum overhauled my furnace, replaced the flue, tuned up my on-demand water heater, and installed my water softener system. All was done with professional results. They kept me informed of their arrival time, what was needed after an inspection and kept me informed of their progress. Overall, a very professional job.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a hairdresser! Raynera is very well-trained, and shared with me several technical insights about my particular head and hair-type that have helped me immensely with styling.She also happens to be unusually kind and genuine for our day and age. When I asked, a week following the cut, to touch something up, she scheduled me in that very same day without hesitation. Perhaps what I'll remember most though is her wonderful sense of humor, which made the time fly-by. They just don't train hairdressers like that anymore...Service: Haircut

Danial gave me a great haircut. Had long hair for years and I was unsure how I wanted it cut. I gave him a general idea but he provided good advice and I'm very happy with the cut. Appreciate the conversation and atmosphere. I'll be back soon.

I got tanning there 2 to 3 times a week. I love how everything is connected. I can literally tan, get my hair and nails done. Then shop at the hardware store if necessary lol. Great place! Definitely going to be a repeat customer!
I was able to book an appointment the same day! Amber was my stylist, She did a fantastic job! I had a shampoo and style. Amber listened to my requests and spent a lot of time on my style. I would recommend this salon for color cuts and blowouts. The atmosphere was Friendly, kind and hospitable. I will be back!

I first heard about the beautiful Lina through a dear friend who couldn’t stop smiling and talking about what a magical experience he had with her. He lovingly shared her Telegram, @NaraRose01, so I reached out and asked about booking a one-hour deep tissue FSNURU session. Lina was incredibly sweet as she explained that she works strictly by appointment and doesn’t accept walk-ins. She personally guided me through the booking process with such warmth and care. Once my payment was confirmed, I received my private approval code along with lovely, clear instructions on how everything worked. When I arrived, I immediately understood why the approval code is so important. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk. He mentioned he didn’t realize appointments were mandatory and had to leave to complete the booking first. It made me feel so grateful and appreciative of how smooth, thoughtful, and perfectly organized my own experience was. After presenting my approval code, I was welcomed in right away with the warmest smile. Lina already had the room beautifully prepared and was waiting for me with such a loving presence. The entire experience was professional, deeply relaxing, and far exceeded my sweetest expectations. Joseph came out to our house and fixed our problem fast and easy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service. I will be using them again for all future plumbing needs. I'm just wondering if they're called The Plumbers now because that's how the receptionist answered the phone.
A property I look after for absentee owners had an issue with sewage backup into one bathroom. There were compounding issues, such as the lift station, location of lines to the septic, the electric panel, plus and a leaking well head. I called Phoenix for their help in correcting all the issues. John and his work partner came out, on time. They began to diagnose the problems which were multiple. The work took about a week. John explained it all to me as they literally dug into it to diagnose and fix. Fencing had to be removed; we needed their electrician, their backhoe, etc. Long story short: John was great to work with, easy to communicate with and the job was done well.
Bond Plumbing and Heating was quick at addressing an emergency issue at my home. The problem was fixed and completed promptly. Great service! Thank you

D&S Appliance has been an amazing resource for me over the past year, helping me navigate persistent problems with a new Maytag washer that the manufacturer refused to solve. Sergio’s cheerfulness and professionalism were a bright spot in an otherwise abysmal experience. He successfully found a workaround to Maytag’s “Groundhog Day” policies that allowed me to replace the machine—for which I am deeply grateful! Additionally, the office staff were always responsive, ensuring speedy service calls, and quick to communicate schedule changes and parts delays. These guys are the real deal!

Was traveling on road from Ohio to California and stopped briefly in Taos. Saw Ron for a quick fix or my sprained neck from the long driving. He was a magic worker. He not only fixed my neck with flair but he enlightened me in so many meaningful things about life. A great healer truly!
Omg 5 star I woke up with horrible hip & low back pain Dr Smalling answered the phone & I explained I was in a lot of pain, he worked me in today He did a thorough exam & explained his treatment as he went, I had immediate relief & expect to be even better tomorrow

Ted Schubach has been my vet for over 40 years. He is awesome and always has been there for our many pets over the years. The pandemic has changed the face of veterinary care in Taos. Many people moved to Taos with pets, overloading the already busy clinics in town. We only have 2 vet clinics for all of Taos County. Last year we had a dog emergency and rushed to Taos Vet only to find they were closed for lunch! So we rushed to Salazar Vet and received care only to return to Taos Vet after the crisis had subsided. When Dr Schubach was not overwhelmed by the shear need in Taos...he would make house calls to care for dying pets. In the last year we needed our elder chihuahua put down and he graciously came out to our car to euthanize our Venny in our arms. These are not cold heartless people...they are overworked and overwhelmed. They have compassion and heart and I am sorry that anyone may feel different. They can only see so many patients in a day. They only have 2 doctors. People have forgotten what Covid did to our healthcare system.

My dog and I agree that this is the place to go for grooming in Taos. Roxy comes home glowing and her coat stays clean and glossy till the next time she goes in. The staff are kind, efficient and booking an appointment is easy.

What an experience! I have a spinal cord injury and have been searching for an experienced massage therapist here In Taos. Although I have tried many, never any with the experience as advertised . Kyoko truly has an amazing gift and such expertise …I haven’t experienced this level of massage before. I can’t recommend this practice enough!
