“We first hired Collignon roofing for a job on Hondo Mesa in 2006 but I’m writing this review for the roof maintenance that they did for us this year- June 2026. Our property near the Plaza needed a 15 year heavy -maintenance treatment. We got a few different estimates from contractors, and we needed some advice to make the best plan. Collignons team was not only the best communicators , (from the first call through site visit, scheduling and invoicing,) but they also presented the most thoughtful and considerate plan of action. They took care of 2 different types of metal roofs on a main house and a guest-house, created venting, and updated all of the waterproofing around the penetrations for plumbing vents and the wood stove flashings. I feel very grateful to have a long standing, locally owned , and Taos-based roofing contractor who does professional work. Highly recommend!“
