Lina was incredibly sweet as she explained that she works strictly by appointment and doesn’t accept walk-ins. She personally guided me through the booking process with such warmth and care. When I arrived, I immediately understood why the approval code is so important. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk. He mentioned he didn’t realize appointments were mandatory and had to leave to complete the booking first.
