D&S Appliance has been an amazing resource for me over the past year, helping me navigate persistent problems with a new Maytag washer that the manufacturer refused to solve. Sergio’s cheerfulness and professionalism were a bright spot in an otherwise abysmal experience. He successfully found a workaround to Maytag’s “Groundhog Day” policies that allowed me to replace the machine—for which I am deeply grateful! Additionally, the office staff were always responsive, ensuring speedy service calls, and quick to communicate schedule changes and parts delays. These guys are the real deal!

Very nice , polite and helpful but it took three visits over a four week period to correctly diagnose my refrigerator issue. I get that their business is to make money but $450 (on top of the $135 service call fee) to purchase and install a refrigerator fan that cost me $48 is a bit over the top. It took me 30 minutes to replace the fan.
