Very nice , polite and helpful but it took three visits over a four week period to correctly diagnose my refrigerator issue. I get that their business is to make money but $450 (on top of the $135 service call fee) to purchase and install a refrigerator fan that cost me $48 is a bit over the top. It took me 30 minutes to replace the fan.

Excellent! They answer the telephone, schedule service, call to confirm, and then they actually SHOW UP! Sergio - the technician - is polite, extremely professional and got here to Angel Fire sooner than I would have expected and got me up and running. Well done, D&S Appliance! Highly recommended! Other service providers should take note on how to run a customer driven business.

Easily among the best service we've ever received anywhere we've lived. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient -- Sergio diagnosed and fixed multiple problems with our natural gas oven, and was happy to answer all my questions and explain everything I wanted to know. Great communication, reliable scheduling, reasonable prices -- I could not be happier with D&S.
