I made a mistake a bought a washer / dryer from Loews in Espanola. The dryer had a huge dent and the washer created a flood with 3 inches of water all over the laundry room , kitchen and bathroom. I am still dealing with Loews who does not want to take responsibility for anything ! I called Anna and the washer and dryer were installed promptly and competently. A reminder to always buy local :). Thank you Anna and Steve !

This week we purchased our fourth major appliance from Appliance Plus for a cabin near Taos Ski Valley. They had just the dryer I needed in stock and were friendly and helpful as always. We needed to have the dryer right away as we were just in town for the week. Steve and Danny were actually out the same afternoon, and got it all installed and working. It's great that they also provide repairs.

I always prefer to shop local whenever possible. I believe it is our responsibility to help our neighbors in our community when and where it is appropriate.We purchased a stove and refrigerator for Appliance Plus on June 10, 2022. The stove was in stock and the refrigerator, an LG brand, had to be ordered. We elected to delay delivery of the stove until both appliances were in stock. We were told the refrigerator was expected within two weeks. That ended up being incorrect as the refrigerator was delivered to the store on Friday, August 12, nine weeks after it was ordered.
