I had another company try to light the furnace and then I called NCB Mechanical. Brandon inspected the GE furnace carefully and educated me on what was wrong. That gave me confidence in his expertise and I knew I found the right company in NCB Mechanical. They gave me a good estimate on a new Heil furnace.
