Thomas and Mitchell are kind, timely and professional. No one wants grinder pump issues, but these two never shy away from a challenge….which we always seem to have. They typically come out same day and do all they can to rearrange their schedule, go back to get more parts or make additional phone calls to resolve our grinder pump issues. Thank you for always going above and beyond Thomas and Mitchell.
When they serviced my furnace, I asked them to check into why one of my rooms wasn't getting much heat. They discovered the problem and explained it very thoroughly, gave me and estimate for the repairs on the spot, and we scheduled it for the next day. The same technician, Patrick, did the repairs and again, he went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, and he answered all of our questions very thoughtfully and honestly.
We have always been satisfied with the level of service we receive from the Affordable staff. We had a Saturday morning emergency situation and we were very happy with the response we received. Affordable sent Travis Rackley to handle our plumbing leak and did and excellent job explaining to us what our options were and did an excellent job fixing our problem.
