She has a six month old granddaughter living with her and the heater wasn't properly working the last few weeks -- especially during NM's first really cold days. I called Greg and he stopped by to check out the heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem - dirty filter. He didn't charge my sister and told her how to fix it. “Update to original review - Leaving the neighborhood the same evening, I stopped when I saw one of their trucks in the neighborhood at a house under construction. Talked with the gentleman, and he offered to swing by on his way out that evening, and showed up about 15 minutes later. Diagnosed the issue as a blown fuse, and had me up and running in about 15 minutes! Can't thank him enough!Original review - They don't answer their phone, and you can't leave a message either. I've got a new construction home, and I came home today after 6 days on the road, and when I tried to flip the AC system on, nothing happened. Not a good feeling. I will be happy to update the review once I get in touch with them, but for now, one star since they're unreachable.“
