“Metal craft did a complete heating and cooling replacement in our house. The products are Lennox, very reputable brands. The installation crew were very respectful of our home inside and out, very clean and attentive to maintaining that cleanliness throughout the project. Each of the technicians was very good about explaining the process for replacing the units. During both the removal and installation the technicians were very aware of their work space and walls, doors, fixtures, etc. in the house which provided for seamless transition with no related damages. Any messes created from retrofitting the new systems was cleaned immediately providing for a safe work space. This also included their staging area on the driveway. We also had the ducting cleaned and sealed before the installation. The cost versus the improvement in air flow was significant. Our family is so happy with our new system which has been operating for about three weeks.
