Five Star came to our house the same day we called for help on a 104 degree day. Manuel came late, after 6:00pm to diagnosis our old AC Unit on a Friday. He returned the following Monday and spent 4 or more hours repairing the motor to our AC.Manuel is a rare person, he is kind, smart, caring and much more. He was way more than what we expected in a difficult and hard time to be outside with extreme heat for hours.

The five star rating is well deserved. When my evaporative cooler started having problems on one of the hottest days of the year, I was very surprised to receive a same day call from Aldo at Five Star that he could come out to have a look. He and Junior arrived within a short time to check out my system. They were very thorough and helpful. Considering that this was probably one of the busiest times, same day service was a welcome relief. Previous visits have also been very good. I won't hesitate to recommend them.Service: A/C system repair
