Francisco was outstanding. Not only was he the best price, but went above and beyond with his exceptional service. He completed the work a couple of days earlier than promised and even came back the next day for free to answer a question I had. Highly recommend!

Ok, being fairly new to Las Cruces, we’ve discovered that finding a contractor who replies, shows up at all, and does reasonable service for a reasonable price is indeed rare. Francisco exceeded my expectations. He removed a split A/c unit for me in less than 2 hours, charged me a very fair price and was super friendly! All I can say is that the other guys wanted to charge me the same price as a surgeon would to remove my appendix. It’s not surgery folks! Don’t pay the extortion prices. I will put Francisco on speed dial. He’s great!

Francisco did an outstanding job for us. We had an air duct collapse, which did not allow the air to circulate and over taxed the entire system. Francisco were able to replace the duct (without easy access) and get us up and running. He also dealt with our home warranty service and made the whole process as stress free for us as possible. I would definitely recommend T-Stat Heating & Cooling for fast, professional service.
