Purchased and had our our Navien tankless hot water heater installed a few years ago through Metal Craft. We've always had a very positive and friendly experience with everyone from the office staff to maintenance employees. Every year we have our unit serviced under our warranty agreement. The service tech is always very professional and, in my opinion, represents Metal Craft in a positive manner.

JR responded to my call for my HVAC being inoperative. He arrived atmy house quickly, and he rapidly set about diagnosing the problem. JR had the problem fixed and the HVAC back in operation in a short period of time. He was very informative about the steps he was taking and kept me informed of his progress as he went along. I would recommend Metal Tech to my friends and hope next time I need service they will send JR to fix the problem.

Had the air ducts cleaned , repaired , and sealed. My electric usage has drop so much my solar panels are now producing much more power then I use and greatly increased my electric refunds from the power company.
