I had a flat tire and I was stuck on the side of the road as a woman changing it myself!! No big deal, however it left me running late for my appointment at the clinic that day, and when I called they weren’t able to stay open later for me that day, however the wonderful lady at the front desk went ahead and due to the emergency circumstances of the situation she was able to make me an appointment at another one of there locations that was open later than mine was!! I know she saved me from relapse that day!! Awesome thanks !!
